Hi, Is there a Text code to find PAYG balances? My son is using PAYG as backup as he damaged his monthly phone. How dodd he find out how many texts and minutes he has left, is there a code and not a number to dial? All he gets every tice he sends a text is a message saying he has zero credit left and this is worrying him!

Many thanks.

But that means I have to add the new number onto my account and it was purchased in O2 shop by my son. I do have the phone number but I am not confident he will understand what to do if he gets a message. I just thought there might be a simple text code.

Thanks anyway.

No you can just download the myo2 app to your sons phone & he can then log in & check allowances himself

I think all the O2 sim cards carry the service numbers 'so you can view them already in the phone's contacts.credit balance is one of those contacts

Thanks, @MI5.

Just to confirm to the original poster, @mark245:    *#10# works for the PAYG folks in my household, like a dream.
