Hi, my first post on here, hopefully someone will be able to help.
I use the purchase texts facility on the O2 site so that I can send texts from my pc.
The last three times when I have purchased texts the activation code hasn't been arriving.
The chat advisors sort it out when it happens but takes a while each time. Does anyone have a solution please.

Until o2 sort out the pin number process there is nothing you can do but call customer service. This has been reported on here quite a few times and it seems o2 are in no hurry to remedy the flaws in their systems.

It's a shame they can't sort it out as i find it a very handy feature ... Hopefully they'll sort it out soon.
