I've had a text from 21214 about an upgrade, followed up by a text from genuine O2UK to confirm this. I'm not due an upgrade for six months, does anybody know if there an early upgrade offer running?

Occasionally customers will be offered early upgrades but always call 202 yourself to check it's not a 3rd party trying to scam you.
