I have tried most of the day to find out if I can have help with next months bill, I did pay this months today but its next month I'm worried about, due to off work with the Covid 19 and I dont want to be charged extra, it's a very worrying time.please help I have rang number you told someone earlier but with no joy

At present I’m on sim 28 day rolling contract and looking at going pay as you go for a time as a lot cheaper. How do you do this as tried online chat etc but totally understand the pressures your under.

Customer service will change you over and send you a P&G sim with the same number.

If you want to keep your number you'll need to try a call customer service to move you to PAYG.

You can call customer service for free on 0800 032 1402 using Skype. The Skype app is also free to download. Best time to try to get through is 8 am.
