Help needed to contact O2.

I would like to discuss my O2 account with a member of O2. My personal circumstances define that any form of contact other than by phone is unviable.  Lengthy attempts to find a contact no. on the website appears futile. Can anyone direct me to or provide me a no. for either Sales or Customer Service please.
