Hi, I’ve just received my O2 sim, thank you! However, it’s asked me to put the temporary number (**********) in ahead of the number I rang switch over (**********). How do I ensure this is done? I requested a couple days ago, do I need to request again now the sim is in my phone? Thank you.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
