Hi I recently switched plan for Big Bundle to Rolling Plan.
Was told that the plan would switch after Big Bundle ended but didn’t switch.
Contacted O2 Twitter but hasn’t helped whatsoever and now hasn’t responded for a few days after I’ve provided every bit of information I can.
Payment for the rolling plan has gone out of my account, but hasn’t started. Order doesn’t even show up in my O2 account, so error must be on O2’s end

Try calling 4445 for help.

I’ve tried to but every time I tell them my problem, it starts connecting and then call ends
