Just been reading about this switch up plan.  I'm an existing customer on a 36 month contract do I qualify for that ?

yes tried to switch up today but was refused as told 14 days from start of contract , i have read the terms and nowhere it states this also the staff were very much lacking in the knowledge of switch up

No you cant, as its only for new contracts or when your upgrade your phone at the end of your current minimum term. 

 

It does say it here:

 

Can I add Switch Up partway through my plan?

No. You can only add Switch Up to your Custom Plan when you first take it out, or if you’re still within your 14-day change of mind period.

What you can do, however, is upgrade your Custom Plan early by paying off your remaining balance and taking out a new Plus Plan (getting Switch Up automatically at no extra cost) or any other Custom Plan (and adding Switch Up as a Bolt On for an additional monthly cost).
