I have changed from Pay as you go to contract but not been online to see the bill.
I did have a pay as you go account, but do not remember when buying my phone mentioning an 02 account other than keeping my number.
I have tried linking before writing this message but cannot find the second account, as yet the account I can use doesnt seem to show billing.
Have I missed something?
Luckily the bills are correct, so far.

Sometimes but especially when going from PAYG to contract the account at O2 gets a little confused.
Contact CS on 202 or via Live chat to reset your account as you have done what most would suggest already.

You should find that once your O2 monthly account is set up that any credit you had on P&G will show up on your first bill.
