Swapping numbers

Anonymous
Not applicable

For the past 2 years my sons phone has been under my name, now he has taken out a contract under his own name and would like to use the mobile number that he has been using. We tried texting Swap but after sending the number on the back of the sim therer was a problem.

You can't sim swap between contracts.
You both need to be on a call to cs on 202 and they will switch the number between the contracts.
This will end the old contract and generate a final bill.
