Hi, I'm currently abroad and won't be using my phone for a while so I want to suspend my pay monthly, so that I don't waste and can continue again when I'm back in the UK. I think because I am abroad, i cannot access the chat and cannot make calls to O2 either, how can this be proceeded? I also cannot find any email address.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@aqua You cannot suspend your contract payments. You can try to call customer service using Skype for free on +44800 032 1402. Best chance of getting through is 8 am UK time.
