Took out a monthly contract on an IPhone 14 last thursday (will be a week tomorrow, was told maximum 48 hours when ordering) as a new customer and apart from initial confirmation email have had no correspondence from o2. Have spoken to live chat about 5 times each time being told my order has been made high priority but is stuck in credit check and that i will be contacted within 24 hours which never happens. Any help appreciated

Thanks for your reply; I messaged the O2 twitter account but for some reason they are replying to tweets but not messages so I will call the number you provided tomorrow if I don’t receive a response.
