Solved: Stop SMS billing alerts

Hi,

I'm trying to disable SMS billing alerts and the team on 202 support tell me they can't do this anymore.

Any advice on how to avoid being charged for unwanted O2 texts when roaming outside of the UK?

Incoming SMS are not charged

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
