i reported my phone had been stolen to you on Monday 27th May 2024 and you confirmed by email on Monday 27th May 2024 at 11.28am and 11.29am that you had placed a bar on the sim and blocked the IMEI number.

 

The insurance company have requested the following

 

Can you please ask O2 to send confirmation of the following: -

 

The make/model/IMEI of the phone.

The date the theft was been reported to them.

The date/time the phone was last shown as being used on the network.

Confirmation the phone & sim card have been blocked/blacklisted & the date/time this was done.

 

 

Please could you provide this information?

Second, to get a proof of purchase/use, you need to get in touch with o2 customer services.

All ways to do this are in the guide below - social media is recommended, but you might need to keep prodding them every day...
