wifi calling

I have 2 phones on pay monthly, SIM only. Signal is horrendous at home and has been reported numerous times, without any action being taken. I have enable wifi calling on both devices, but it does not work. Does O2 have to switch it on?

Access bills to a closed account

I Need to Access my Phone bills from 5th April 2023 through to 5th April 2024 but i moved from o2 earlier this year,i have logged on to my o2 but dont have the view bill option now

I have just upgraded my phone from Samsung galaxy a53 to Samsung galaxy s24 all my apps transfered with switch up but my what's app won't work. I've uninstall and re installed, I've rebooted hub and phone but still not working any HELP?
