I was late paying my bill this month.
I paid on Thursday morning, got cut off Thursday afternoon, and am still waiting for my service to be reconnected 48hrs after paying.
All calls divert to the payments line which says "You bill is overdue, the balance owed is £0.00."
Any help would be appreciated as I can't even phone o2 from my mobile at the moment

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

My mobile is my only phone. I have no way of calling them as I am still cut off and all calls divert to the payment line

I shall attempt via Skype.
Unfortunately I work 8am - 8pm so finding a chance to be home on WiFi to do it within the opening hours will be difficult, but if that's the only option then that's the only option
