Still.paying same but device paid for Sept 2021. Can I get refund

My Galaxy a 70 was paid for Sept 2021 but i am still paying the same per month now 

Have been told I.can get refund for the overpayment? What do I need to do to get refund?

Sounds like you're on a standard contract which doesn't change at the end of the minimum period.

If you want to keep your phone and save money, you should upgrade to a sim only tariff. 

There is no guaranteed refund for people in your situation but you should ask O2 about it.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
