Still no signal... pushing 24 hours now!

Signal nearly been down for 24 hours now.... With not a sniff of signal at all. Says mast on my area is fixed, and the node is back up and running. Was awaiting for job confirmation yesterday but theyve probably given it to someone else by now....
Tried turning my phone off an on again, but it can only pick up every other network!
Disgusted.

Would be nice if we could get away with it but they will flip the old terms of contract on us even though they are in breach of contract for not giving us the service we pay for

The very last thing you want to do is cancel your direct debit. It won't hurt O2 in any way but could have a disastrous impact on yourself. But you have my wholehearted sympathy, it's bordering on the farcical right now.
