Despite numerous requests, O2 STILL keep sending me text messages. Who do I have to kill to get them to stop?

Customer service keep saying they have changed it.

Email is enough I don't want their texts but they keep coming HELP

Have a look in MyO2> My Mobile> My Choices and make sure you have turned everything off there and saved the changes,

have you tried updating your preferances in my o2 as the privacy policy mentions?
