Still no signal... pushing 24 hours now!

Signal nearly been down for 24 hours now.... With not a sniff of signal at all. Says mast on my area is fixed, and the node is back up and running. Was awaiting for job confirmation yesterday but theyve probably given it to someone else by now....
Tried turning my phone off an on again, but it can only pick up every other network!
Disgusted.

I would now contact O2 direct as there is obviously an issue with either your account or sim. 

 

When you do the network search on your phone, can you see O2 listed as a network? 

 

Im not sure if your on payg or contract, but if you click on contact us button on 92 web page, you can choose the land line  equivalents to contact O2.  Or you could go to a local 92 shop and ask them to help or ring customer care.

just 24 hours? my signal went off at 11 on Thursday night. I still have no signal what so ever. It can't be a problem with my sim cause I went to an 02 shop and got them to switch my pin. Do you think I should ask them to test my phone?

No signal in my area still since Friday... I live in the s81 area on contract.... Been in Rotherham for 2 days... Had on/off signal, this is utterly ridiculous. No point in me being on o2 anymore if I cant use my phone where I live? It says the mast has been fixed in my area. They cant blame everyones phones...

No faults recorded... But no o2 network to be found, no compensation.... Should people really have to pay for their contract with 4+ days for an unusable phone?? I think not... Thinking of leaving o2, abandoning my contract and joining orange... What can they argue? "give us money for our poor service"?

Too expensive to buy out 😞 you'll have to try and get in contact with O2 and see if they'll offer a way out:(
