I've sent loads of screenshots of date new contract started with o2 but still having probs trying to get the free Samsung earphones as they've now sent a message saying they need proof of product purchased, original date of purchase and retailers name but I only have the details what you get from o2 when bringing out an early upgrade so how do I get all of this info Samsung are asking for.
Totally fed up as I've shown them screenshots of contract and phone date started from what I've got out my account.

Someone else had the same problem and called O2, who sent them the documents with all the relevant details.
You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
