I pre-ordered a Pixel 9 Pro back when it was on promotion, as did my partner, My order has not changed status in 2 weeks while his device is being delivered today, I have tried for 2 days to get in contact with O2 through the "start a conversation" but every time I pass security check and get transferred to billing the app closes the conversation, tries to direct me to a web link and then asks if I'm having problems accessing the app. I use my phone for work so cannot sit on 202 for hours at a time and just want to know if there's any other way I can get answers about this??
