Hi all,

I currently have a Google Pixel which has just gone out of contract I havent even used a single text or minute or mb of data on the contract for almost 11 months, although I notified O2 that I would be leaving the country, It seems completely impossible to get hold of them to concel my Whopping waste of money £53.35 Contract.

I live in China and calling back to the UK is almost impossible with connection issues etc... I have tried calling o2 over 20 times and everytime I become disconnected. I have emailed every single email that I can find for o2 online, to no avail. I wont be even returning to the uk until feburary and that will only be for 3 days. Does any have any idea how to help me cancel this waste of money.

My contract is well up and I do not want it and told o2 when i was back in the uk too that when my contract ends I want it to end and they said that would be fine that was in the Eastbourne Shop around October the 27th last year.

Thanks

Street63

Hi @Street63 all ways to cancel here. A written letter seems your best method.

Then I can only suggest you continue to try and call or give a friend or relative your account details in the UK to cancel for you..

There's a telephone free 0800 number you can call using Skype. @Bambino will let you know what it is.

I think Skype is one of the Wi-Fi services that haven't yet been banned in China?

Called this number from abroad using Skype and it works to cancel the contract immedietely (O2 refresh contract). Previously, I've tried mailing a letter but they didn't cancel it. Thanks! slight_smile
