Still haven’t received code for headphones

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S23 on April 27th this year, and as part of the order there was an offer to receive a code for a free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2. The small print said I’d be texted the code after being on contract for a month. It’s more than two months later and I’m still waiting for the code. I’ve spoken to O2 twice, once via the online chat and once on the phone, and both times I was promised I would receive the code within 48 hours of the conversation.

 

Still waiting. Any ideas?

Did any of you ever receive your codes? It's been 5 months of multiple formal written and verbal complaints for me and hours and hours spent on hold and on chat with customer services and I've still not received anything. Every time I just get the same "you'll get your code in 5 days" response. I'm really fed up now, O2 obviously never had any intention of giving out any earbuds for £1, which is the main reason I left Three to take out this contract which I'm now massively regretting.

Hi @Dave-O2 sorry for jumping on the back of this thread but I have the same issue. Traded in for a flip 5 on 30th August and still not received a code. I've reached out to O2 on X at least 4 times and the just say theyd look into it

One person has reported on another thread that instead of receiving a code, a monetary credit had been added to their O2 account. It might be worth checking your account in MyO2 just in case a credit has unexpectedly appeared.......😀

Thanks for the suggestion, I checked, there was nothing there, but since,  Dave has sorted me out with a code so ive just placed my order 😀
