I upgraded my Pay Monthly Contract couple of days before on 30-an-2021 and got the new device as well. During my old Contract I was on Staff Tariff (Staff O2 Refresh Unlimited) and was paying only device cost, but after upgrade I could see my Staff Tariff is revoked and now I could see my Tariff Plan is £12. I want to convert my Tariff plan back to Staff Tariff.
I tried reaching O2 Customer Care on 202 but no luck. Previously I was reaching via VIP Customer Care and now that line seems not available. Does anyone help me on this to convert Normal Tariff to Staff Tariff?

You'll need to reapply for the discount in the same way you did originally, assuming you are still O2 staff?
