How do I increase my spend cap

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Spend caps only cap charges such as non-inclusive calls for example 08,09,118 numbers and calls to international numbers including the channel Isles and Isle of man.

The caps don't include bundles or bolt ons.

So are you increasing it to call any of the numbers above?

If its an 08 number you're calling, you could try using saynoto0870.com to find an 01,02,03 or freephone number alternative to contact the organisation you're trying to reach meaning less call charges and no need to increase your spend cap!
