Speak to someone???

How on earth do you speak to someone at 02 or start a webchat?   When I call I go through the options and then it says bye bye and cuts me off. 

My SIM is supposed to be transferring to 02 today and I need to check if this is happening.

The difficulty in contacting customer services is making me wonder if transferring from Vodafone to 02 was the right decision !

The chat option normally appears if you start browsing the shop @MB4.
Alternatively the advice to get through on the phone is to try one of the numbers in the link below.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
