I have just received a text from a mobile number, purporting to be from O2, saying they were 'unable to process my latest bill', with a link to update my payment information. (I pay by Direct Debit monthly.) . My latest payment is showing on my bank statement, so I don't know what this is referring to. It looks dodgy. Anyone else think it's a scam?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
