Just received an text telling me there is a problem dealing with my latest bill and asking me to contact <Link Removed> I do not respond to these messages. Could o2 confirm whether or not there is a problem and contact me by a secure method that I can recognise.

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and ignore it.

Forward the text to 7726 for O2 to investigate it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
