I’ve noticed my daughter has £160 in charges on her phone bill for something called Sony yet we don’t have anything Sony in our house, we have no accounts how do I get this cancelled

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302.
They will be able to tell you who is billing you and you will need to go to them to cancel the subscription.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
