Got a bill for way over what it should be. Called and was told it was charge to mobile for buying from Sony. I've never had anything to do with Sony and nothing was bought, I've called o2 several times and was told to call Sony which I can't get through to.
Surely o2 being the company that took my money and gave it to someone else is surely responsible.? They seem to have washed there hands of it and the only thing I seem to ba able to do is cut my loses and cancel my contract

Does anyone in your family have access to your phone?
Have you contacted Sony?
If O2 won't listen to you, then make a complaint

There is nothing that O2 can do.
Your dispute is with Sony and by allowing charge to mobile on your account you are giving permission for any charges to be passed to O2.
As above, contact Sony for a refund if you can prove without doubt that the charges did not come from your account.
