Smashed my phone

Smashed my phone up badly and have tried to call o2 off another handset to request a new one but because i can’t remember my security question it hangs up on me, how do I solve this? Thank you in advance

Reset your security question in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 under manage my details.

Hi @Pascoe  how are you doing today? It's been a few days since you posted about your security question issue so I just wanted to check in to see how you're doing with that, made any progress? Any help from the suggestion above?

Hi there, I spoke with Aura and they put a request for insurance to call me within 2 hours, we are now on day 8
