O2 seem to be failing in so many different areas nowadays!

Just left Three and joined 02. Never had an issue but contract came to an end. What a mistake. My internet speed is now 0.8. My partner still on Three and getting 100+.
I can't even download a page.
O2 giving me the run around. Said it was my local transmitter so drove 20 miles. Made no difference.
Then said it was the SIM so drove 10 miles to pick up a new SIM. At this point noticed that the SIM I had been sent on a 5G contract was actually a 4G SIM. Made no bloody difference at all. Have wasted two days on this utterly useless network. And they say they can't figure it out. Just say you haven't got enough capacity on the network and stop taking on more customers until you fix your issues. Its absolutely ridiculous when a mobile network can't even provide you with the basics.

Tell me about it. Should see some of the complaints coming in on the Virgin Mobile Forum. All to do with data speed.
