All of a sudden my phone won't recognise the sim says no network and that my sim is not provisioned? And will only accept emergency calls

@leticia93 are you up to date with payments? If so I would contact O2 and see if they can send you a new SIM card (or go to your local store if nearby).

You could also just try switching the phone off, take the SIM out and give it a wipe with a lint free cloth and put it back in

Also, finally, check status.o2.co.uk to ensure they're not doing maintenance in your area
