I upgraded from my old phone with 1gb to iphone x with 30gb trouble is i lost my old sim i want to use a sim from one of my other phones still under contract but this is only 1gb any suggestion on what to do ?

You can't use your old sim from the other contract.You have two best options

  • Call customer service and ask them to send you another sim
  • Go into your nearest O2 store and ask them for a new sim with your number that you lost. 

Did a new sim come with the phone? If so then ask O2 customer service to provision that sim and activate it. 

I would advise you to call them around 8.30am and they will sort out exactly the best way to sort it for you. I certainly wouldn't use live chat myself but that is one of the ways to contact them.

Have you lost the sim from the iPhone X with 30gb data tariff?.

This can be done on the same call. If you have a sim then give them the sim serial number. By provisioning that it will automatically wipe yourost simultaneously making it unusable. Some help I'd you need it :
