It takes a while - my last one took about 4 hours after old sim turned off - keep rebooting new phone until it comes online.

Hi,

If after approx 24 hours it has not completed then think about giving O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG a call to check on your account.

The process has started now (indicated by your old sim turning off) so no need to call CS.... just be patient wink

It worked, but the number on the SIM card still has the original version so my sms apps are confused of which number I have. I tried calling my normal number and it worked fine.
