I recently had my phone stolen and I asked for my contract to be switched back over to my old phone, so I gave o2 my sim number and you said it would be switched over. now it says that I have signal but I can't call, send sms and I dont have 3g.
What do I do?

Sounds like the bar placed on the sim is still in force. As you can't call out, try the webchat service.

Hello,
It can take up to 24hours + to fully activate.
Typically turning the phone off and on throughout this period helps to reset your services.
I would also ring 02 just to make sure your account is Ok, and they have lifted any barring fully of your account.
