I have purchased a sim only plan for my current phone, all the paperwork has been sent to me via email, the sim plan has been placed in my basket, do I have to check out of my basket, I thought it was already ordered via the operator?

Is it showing in your MyO2?

If not, you will need to complete the checkout process.
