Good Morning

I have received a call from 0330 303 5315 claming to be O2 and offering me a reward for my loyalty.

52 seconds into the call the line went dead.

Can you confirm if this is an O2 number (or partner) or a scam caller?

Thanks

Hi @Stef

Follow the advice in this thread https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Are-you-fed-up-with-spam-calls-and-texts-Follow-these-st...

It's definitely a spam call

We always advise everyone NOT to take out a contract etc from a cold caller and block the number on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Stef This is not O2 you are talking to here. We are all customers. If you had accepted a contract from them they would have put you on a business contract not a consumer one. This is what usually happens with a trusted partner

Highly unlikely in 99% of cases.
