I have just bought a new phone transferred my old sim. I tried to pay the monthly payment yesterday but had problems receiving the OTP code. My wife managed to pay it on my behalf now I can't receive or make calls

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
