Hey everyone 👋
So I'm trying to upgrade and obv I need to confirm it's me through my existing phone number
The down side is I had my screen replaced on my tablet a while back and forgot to take my sim out and they never returned it to me 😆
This wasn't an issue as I had like the lowest possible plan as I hotspot from my phone that has unlimited data
But I can't recieve text messages on my tablet because of the no sim conundrum 😆
Would the best way to go about it request the code to my email linked to my account through customer services (obv they are closed atm otherwise I would be asking that way already)

You need to report your old sim lost to O2 and they will send a new one to you.
