Solved: Sim disconnected

I just changed contract on o2 but mistakenly went with esim option instead of keeping my plastic sim. Anyhow. My plastic sim has been disconnected for 3 day's now and esim isn't compatible with my phone. I've been on live chat with o2 but they don't seem to be able to reconnect my old sim. Anyone any idea's on what I should do? Thanks.
