Sim damaged

My old o2 sim was inserted and when I put it in it came up as sim failure. I topped up 15 pounds on my old sim. At the moment I have got a new sim and I haven’t topped up on it. This new sim is working fine.

Call O2 on 4445 and ask if they can transfer your balance onto your new sim.

I note you have posted on Pay Monthly but as you mentioned topping up, I presume you meant PAYG?
