I missed my bill payment date so my sim was cut off but I paid it right away and still 4 days later now my sim still hasn't been reconnected but I was told it would only take upto 24 hours? My partner has a sim out through my account too and hers was reconnected after just half an hour or so any solutions? Thanks, ps I've done the usual off/on, airoppane mode, sim out back in etc etc nothing seems to do anything.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
