Hi @C12

You could try calling O2.

All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Just to add, if you bought your phone anywhere other than O2 directly, then no you won't be able to upgrade early.

@C12

Just pay off what you owe on your contract and you are free to upgrade.

Text "INFO" to 85075 to find out what you have to pay.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If, of course, you are financially able to 'just pay off what you owe'. @C12
