My SIM has no service because it is damaged how can get connected again? I bought a PAYG si m but cannot reach customer service

You can't use a PAYG SIM on a contract.
The quickest way of fixing your issue is to call in to your local O2 shop.
They will replace your damaged SIM for free.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
