@Smithy53 If you have an O2 store nearby you could call in and they will issue you a new sim for your account. If you are unable to go to a store you can call customer service. Numbers are in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option to get through, or you will just get disconnected.
