Have you activated the sim? https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim

If still having issues then contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I'm pay monthly and the website says it should just work straight away! Can't phone them because sim doesn't work and no gurus around!

If it arrived in the post it won't be activated (they send them out dead for security reasons).

If you can't get on live chat you can call o2 from a different phone, numbers on link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or pop into your local o2 shop for them to activate it for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
