How long will it take for the network to register me new phone? Worryingly the website still "sees" my old phone as being current so i am not convinced the network will a activate the new sim in the phone. Of course, can't get through to speak anyone about it.....any ideas?

You will know when the swap has started as your current SIM will lose service.

If you get no service on the New card after 24 hours then use the 'contact us' tab at the bottom of the forum page to speak to UK o2 customer service.

It makes no difference what the web site shows, that may not change for weeks if ever.
