Sim Card Not Working

My device was showing 'sim failure' this morning. I tried turning off my phone and back on again and also tried my sim in another device, which also said 'sim failure'. I am unable to call customer services, as I have no network. What should I do?

I have tried all this @O2Stacey but still can't get through to O2 chat as it states it's closed. It's the only way I can chat to customer services as I currently have no network.

Download Skype and call any of the free numbers and press any option

The 4005 number seems to give best results
